Inside, you’ll find four select coffees from Colombia, each designated for a different Sunday of Advent. Instead of a traditional calendar, you can count down the days of December one cup at a time and discover a new flavor experience every week.
This year’s selection is linked to the name of farmer Nestor Lasso from the El Diviso farm, who grew all four coffees in the box. Each has a completely different and unique flavor profile, so even though you’re sticking with a single producer and a single country, you’re in for a diverse tasting experience. The roastery chose Colombia in part because the fresh harvest had just arrived, allowing them to select the latest lots in peak condition.
Inside the box, you’ll find 4 packages of 30 g each—one coffee for every Sunday of Advent. The box works just as well as a small coffee Advent ritual as it does as a Christmas gift for someone who enjoys discovering the unique flavors of specialty coffee.
The coffee will be roasted on October 26, and the roastery will begin shipping the boxes during the first week of November. This ensures they’ll arrive well in advance, so you’ll have everything ready for the start of Advent.
