The blend consists of two washed coffees that complement each other beautifully. The base is Colombia Las Flores Pink Bourbon DECAF, a decaffeinated coffee from the highly prized Pink Bourbon variety, which brings sweetness, clarity, and an elegant structure. The second component is Ethiopia Buture, whose characteristic floral notes and fresh, fruity character lend the blend lightness and aromatic complexity.
