The exceptional Bolivia from the Danish roaster Coffee Collective will surprise you with its complexity and delicacy. This coffee is ideal for filter brewing, where its flavor profile really shines. In the cup, you will be greeted by fresh citrus notes that blend smoothly with tropical fruit, delicate floral nuances, and sweetness—expect hints of mandarin, dates, and lychee. The coffee has a bright acidity and full body, creating a balanced and refreshing experience. This is a coffee that not only offers excellent taste, but also a rare glimpse into nature and the methods behind its cultivation and processing.

This coffee comes from the Uluri farm in Bolivia, located in an area with ideal conditions for growing coffee. Uluri focuses on innovative processing methods and emphasizes an ecological approach. The farm is known for its work to ensure high-quality coffee cherries and their careful processing. This emphasis on quality and innovation is reflected in the resulting flavor of the coffee, which is not only complex but also perfectly balanced.

This Gesha is processed using the natural method , where the coffee cherries are dried in the sun in their whole fruit. This processing method contributes to the development of fruity sweetness and a distinctive body. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are slowly dried on African beds, which ensures even drying and preservation of the natural aromatic properties. The result is a coffee with a distinctive fruity flavor, delicate acidity, and pleasant sweetness that offers an unforgettable experience with every sip.
