It develops best when prepared using a filter – we recommend V60, Chemex, or batch brew, which fully bring out its freshness, lightness, and floral complexity.

Dulce Misteriocombines the elegance of the Geisha variety, the honest work of the farmer, and the magic of the high mountain environment of the Caldas region. This exceptional coffee comes from the Neira area, where it is grown at an altitude of 1,850–2,040 meters above sea level and processed with exceptional care directly on the farm. The producer, who decided to abandon the role of a mere exporter and devote himself to growing his own coffee, puts his passion and experience into every bean.

Geisha beans are carefully harvested only when fully ripe to preserve their natural sweetness and aroma. This is followed by a two-stage fermentation process – first for 48 hours in whole cherries, then for another 48 hours after the skins have been removed. After fermentation, the coffee is slowly dried on African beds in parabolic dryers until it reaches the ideal moisture content of around 10%. This process enhances its purity, complexity, and delicate flavor structure. Colombia Dulce Misterio is a coffee for moments when you want to treat yourself to something truly exceptional —a pure, sophisticated experience that will delight all your senses.
