Fullness, creaminess, and fruity sweetness in an espresso cup. This is exactly how this coffee from the Tabaconas region in northern Peru expresses itself, combining a distinctive flavor with surprising elegance. The flavor features notes of strawberries, ripe mango, and delicate honey, which together create a harmonious and accessible profile with natural sweetness. The espresso is balanced, with a smooth, creamy body and a pleasantly long finish, making it ideal for both pure espresso and milk drinks, where it retains its fruity identity.

The coffee comes from the mountainous Tabaconas area in the Cajamarca region , where coffee trees are grown at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 2,400 meters above sea level. It is the combination of steep terrain, misty forests, and rich biodiversity that gives the local Arabica beans their purity and complexity. This particular lot is the result of the collaboration of 154 small farmers associated in 12 local associations. Each farmer supplies coffee from their own traceable plots, which enhances the transparency of origin and clearly links the flavor to a specific terroir. Thanks to this structure, the coffee retains the authentic character of the region and reflects the work of individual families.

The proximity of the Tabaconas-Namballe Nature Reserve has a significant impact not only on the local climate but also on farming practices. Farmers here often work organically, using compost, shade trees, and agroforestry principles while protecting water resources in the landscape. Community projects such as shared fermentation tanks, drying modules, and technical support also play an important role in helping to improve the quality of washed processingand the stability of yields. The result is an espresso with a clear origin, a clean flavor profile, and a story of a place where the tradition of coffee cultivation has been passed down from generation to generation.
