A distinct jasmine aroma, with citrusy and floral notes. It's like coffee lemonade :-)
It might be a little too tart for some people. But it's perfect for hot summer days.

Tastes good
This bean is actually a bit harder, so you need a grinder that can handle it (Niche ground it with no problem). But that’s generally the bane of some Ethiopian beans.

A harmonious, well-balanced, pleasant, and aromatic coffee—I'd definitely buy it again.

The scent of cherries with a hint of mandarin
A delicate yet rich flavor
I can't smell the lavender at all
It isn't tart, but it has a richer flavor with a hint of bitterness
I wasn't exactly thrilled by it

Great milky cake aroma on the nose.
Orange dominates when hot, milky cake lingers in the aftertaste.
When cooled, milky cake notes become more prominent.
Great coffee all in all.
Not milky cake enough.
Would be a 10/10 if orange would be less dominating.

Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250

Grinder (settings): 85 clicks on Kingrinder K6
Process: Double bloom+main pour: 0:00 50g -- 0:30 90g -- 1:30 250g fast flow, turbulent pour, at mid height. This recipe works for my taste preferences, my grinder, water, filters, and the coffee was rested 4 weeks before opening. TBT at about 2:30

It's not Milky Cake
But against the backdrop of citrusy fruitiness, Milky Cake really stands out
Maybe if it had a different name, the reception would have been different
A well-balanced, good cup of coffee
It's not Milky Cake :-D

Tastes exactly as described
Was skeptical at first, at high drinking temperature a lot of bitterness can come through, but as it cools down a really mint-elderflower-tea-like taste comes through
