I've never been a fan of cardamom, but this is really awesome
Even small variations in preparation can completely change the flavor profile. Personally, in this case, I use less water than I normally would.

A more pronounced aroma than Ethiopian coffee
I can smell a lot of plum, herbal tea (lavender?), and flowers
