I usually like DAK very much, but here I just can't find a profile where the coffee doesn't taste very sour...

The first pack of coffee where I couldn’t find a right grind size for V60. The extraction time on any grind size, even with very coarse one is way longer than regular 3mins

The smell is clearly Carrot cake :)
So far my biggest disappointment with the coffees here, thanks to the hype around and the positive reviews I was excited, but even though I tried grinding and brewing in different ways, something doesn't fit and I really don't like the coffee, I'm struggling to finish the bag..

A good taste for lowcaf

The taste of ripe mango/banana agrees
If for whatever reason a person can't have caffeine and won't give up coffee, it's a reasonable compromise. If you're just looking for decaf/lowcaf before bed, better to have something more interesting a little earlier
The body is quite watery, which evokes dragon fruit when the imagination is involved
Hard to believe it's DAK rather than lowcaf
Expectations exceeded the result, if it was a lowcaf in a cafe I would probably be satisfied. In the end, it's better to put the money in the "normal" collection.
