Subtle hints of fruit aroma and taste

I might be a minority here (or could be something is wrong with my particular batch), yet for me this coffee is under-developed. Regardless of the brew methods tried or ratio (went up to 1:13) I get a tea-like brew lacking a body and even a hint of a taste punch.

The coffee wasn't bad, but I've had better ones from DAK with a purple fruit profile.
A sweeter, lighter coffee with a very delicate fruity note.
The grains are harder than usual.

Milky Cake - I really like the taste of this cake
No matter what I do, I haven't been able to replicate the flavor and body of the Milky Cake steeped bags I bought last year
Even though the name is the same, the experience isn't entirely consistent. This is likely due to variations caused by the weather and other factors.
The flavor profile has a subtle hint of peas, just like in other milder coffees from Colombia. It wasn't noticeable last year.

For my usual cortado I feel it's roasted too far, as I get a burnt/bitter aftertaste. But works for flat whites

It has a very delicate flavor; I feel like it has more potential, but I can't seem to bring it out.
I love DAK’s coffees, but every once in a while I come across a coffee that I just can’t seem to extract properly. If you’re the type who likes to tinker, you definitely won’t have a problem with that. But if you’re a bit of a punk like me, you might have a similar experience.
