It has a very delicate flavor; I feel like it has more potential, but I can't seem to bring it out.
I love DAK’s coffees, but every once in a while I come across a coffee that I just can’t seem to extract properly. If you’re the type who likes to tinker, you definitely won’t have a problem with that. But if you’re a bit of a punk like me, you might have a similar experience.

Could not really taste "Milky Cake", maybe the orange but not a very distinct flavor profile

The flavor profile is spot on... somewhere between strawberries and, thankfully, just a hint of hibiscus, with a unique creamy sensation on the tongue.
The taste isn't nearly as toxic as I've experienced with other experimental beers.
Is this even coffee anymore?
It's probably good for a one-time try, but next time I'd rather just buy regular natural, honey, or washed beans...

If you like cardamom, you'll love this
I expected a sweeter taste
The aroma of cardamom is too strong for me.
Recipe
After four weeks, I managed to brew coffee with the taste of cinnamon, cardamom, biscuits, and Turkish honey (although I didn't like the combination of cinnamon and slight acidity).

Cardamom is in the spotlight
I had higher expectations
Compared to bluberrycake or milkycake, it seems weaker to me.
For an experimental film, it's quite subtle (subjective impression).

Preparation method: Hario V60 Coffee (g): 20 Water (g): 300 Water temperature: 95 Grinder (setting): C3, medium grind Process: This works best for me so far, plus a short extraction is necessary.
