This coffee is based on a balanced profile that combines flavors of pomegranate, nectarine, jasmine, and a subtle hint of anise. This is exactly the kind of coffee that is suitable for everyday drinking, yet offers flashes of uniqueness that will enchant you time and time again. With its juicy acidity and subtle sweetness, it is perfect for alternative brewing methods such as V60 or Aeropress, but also for espresso for connoisseurs who appreciate its complexity.

This coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe, West Arsi, and Guji regions of Ethiopia, which are known for their ideal altitude and exceptional conditions for growing coffee. It was created by a combination of several farmers, namely Faysel Yonise and Aman Adinew, who work with renowned processing stations such as Aricha, Refisa, and Fahmi. Each of these stations adds its own specific characteristics to the blend and contributes to creating a truly unique flavor. The name Union itself reflects the philosophy of combining high-quality coffee lots from different processing methods that complement each other perfectly.

The coffee is composed of naturally processed coffee from the Aricha station, which brings a velvety texture and notes of pomegranate, washed Refisa, which adds jasmine purity with citrus acidity, and experimental coffee from the Fahmi station, which brings sweet fruitiness and spicy aromatics. This blend is predominantly made up of the Heirloom variety, which is the name given to naturally grown coffee trees in Ethiopia that have thousands of genetic variations and are the basis for the vast majority of modern varieties. The processing varies, bringing interesting nuances, from the full fruitiness of the natural method to the clean acidity of the washed method.
