An explosive taste sensation like you've never experienced before! Coffee from DAK Coffee Roasters, part of Diego Bermúdez's unique Hachi project in Colombia, is so exceptional that it is only available in extremely limited quantities. Get ready for breathtaking complexity, where wild strawberries dance on your tongue alongside juicy nectarines and a fresh touch of lemon. Every sip is like discovering a new world of flavors, full of harmony and unexpected yet perfectly balanced tastes.

This exclusive variety comes directly from visionary farmer Diego Bermúdez, whose innovative approach to coffee cultivation has made the Cauca region of Colombia famous around the world. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level, which, together with the region's unique climate and rich soil, contributes to its exceptional quality. Bermúdez is known for his pioneering techniques and obsession with perfection – each harvest is carefully selected and monitored to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards. The Hachi project focuses on experimental processing methods that result in coffees that are enthusiastically received around the world.

This Typica Mejorado variety has undergone a unique 72-hour natural oxidation process. The whole coffee cherries are immersed in water using a special recirculation system that ensures thorough mixing of soluble substances such as sugars, acids, and aromatic precursors (substances that transform into unique and intense aromas during the roasting process). This controlled oxidation process not only softens the pulp, but also increases the complexity of the resulting flavor profile by oxidizing polyphenols (natural antioxidants found in fruit pulp that contribute to the richness and complexity of coffee) and other substances contained in the fruit pulp. Thanks to this precise method, you can discover perfectly clean, distinctly fruity notes in your cup that will fascinate you with every sip.

  • Altitude: 1900 m above sea level.

Stale, no smell, bad flavour, a waste of diegos efforts
Packaging is a tin that is obviously not airtight!?
Total waste of money for the above reasons
