Introducing Milk Espresso from The Barnroastery .This espresso roast was designed as the ideal gateway to the world of specialty coffee, specially tuned to shine in combination with milk. In the cup, it will enchant you with its full, velvety body and harmonious, perfectly integrated acidity. The dominant flavor profile consists of distinctive sweet caramel notes, which reach their full potential in milk drinks such as cappuccino or flat white. The complexity of the flavor is complemented by fresh fruity nuances of ripe plums and a delicate floral hint of jasmine in the aftertaste. It is a perfectly balanced coffee, whether you prepare it in a lever coffee maker, moka pot, or French press.

This premium Single Origin coffee comes from the vast plantations of South America. Specifically, these beans were grown in the renowned Cerrado coffee region of Brazil, which is known for producing high-quality raw materials thanks to its specific microclimate. It is 100% Arabica, made from a blend of local varieties grown at higher altitudes of up to 1,200 meters above sea level. It is this combination of unique terroir and altitude that gives the coffee its characteristic base and allows for optimal ripening.

The resulting flavor profile is significantly influenced by the processing method chosen. The coffee was processed using the natural method, which means that after harvesting, the whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun with their pulp and skin. During this "in-cherry" drying process, the beans absorb sugars and aromas from the surrounding fruit pulp. This allows the sweet caramel and fruity notes to develop intensely in the coffee, along with subtle floral nuances.
