The Trapiche coffee from Industra Coffee is an absolute treat that no coffee lover should miss. Thanks to the rare Batian coffee variety, this coffee offers an incredibly intense sweetness. The flavor is full and rich, with notes of ripe pineapple, sweet rum, and caramelized panela sugar, which together create a unique harmony. With each sip, an unexpected depth unfolds, surprising you with its complexity.

The Finca Trapiche farm, which produces this coffee, is a true gem in itself. Located in Samaipata, a Bolivian region where coffee cultivation is truly exceptional, the farm sits at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level amidst wild orchids and rare trees, making it an ideal location for growing specialty coffee. Trapiche is a small farm that specializes not only in traditional varieties like Bourbon and Java but also in rare cultivars like Geisha, SL28, and SL34. This region is known for its pure nature and perfect conditions for coffee cultivation, which means every cup of coffee from Trapiche is genuinely exceptional.

What makes this coffee truly delicious is its dry processing, during which the coffee cherries are carefully sun-dried. This process ensures that the coffee retains its full fruity sweetness and intense flavor. After harvest, the cherries are handpicked and spread out on drying beds, where they are regularly turned to ensure even drying. This processing method, combined with the ideal natural conditions, creates a coffee that is not only incredibly tasty but also full of character and delicate complexity.

Very solid, pleasant and balanced coffee
The flavor profile is well balanced and rather mild.
The aroma is fabulous.
I would recommend it primarily to conservative consumers.
Although I like the coffee, I don't think the price/performance ratio is very good. I would be willing to pay around 2 CZK/g.

Very pleasant rum aroma. Interesting flavor notes caused by the natural process.
An unusual, hard-to-find variety of coffee. I always enjoy trying something new.
Given that this is an unusual variety, the price/quantity ratio is quite good.
It is not significantly different from other naturally processed coffees. The coffee is good, no doubt about it, but it is not a unique experience that you cannot find elsewhere.

Very great coffee, I have not really tasted anything like this before and the taste really intrigued me even though I do not normally look for rum notes in coffee
The taste gradually develops from sweet, then there is a pleasant pineappleiness, which gradually turns into a very delicate rum taste. At times I felt like I was sitting on a beach somewhere sipping a piña colada :D (without the cream, of course).
It's running out fast :D
