Preparation method: Timemore V60 Coffee (g): 25 Water (g): 400 Water temperature: 95 Grinder (setting): Timemore Chestnut S3, coarseness 38
Process: I did not spray the beans with water before grinding; they went into the grinder "dry." Slowly pour 100g of water, bloom for 2 minutes, then slowly add more water without pausing until the scale shows 400g. The ratio is therefore not 1:14 but 1:16.
