I tried Doubleshot at the Prague Coffee Festival, but not this particular one, yet I bought it anyway.
I appreciate the taste, low acidity, minimal or almost no bitterness.
Unfortunate packaging - these double-locking zippers are very poor. They can never be opened without tearing the zipper itself.

Process: I did not spray the beans with water before grinding; they went into the grinder "dry." Slowly pour 100g of water, bloom for 2 minutes, then slowly add more water without pausing until the scale shows 400g. The ratio is therefore not 1:14 but 1:16.

In the beginning I found such "no", but the longer it passed from the roasting date, the better and better (mostly it is the opposite). Try not to break it right away if, after 14 days of roasting, they don't shoot you out of your shoes;)
