That smell is amazing—it really does smell like strawberry ice cream
The flavor also has hints of liqueur and notes of Dominican rum
Even when I make coffee with a French press, it still lacks a bit of body
The taste doesn't quite match the aroma; it has a higher acidity and doesn't really correspond to the extremely sweet aroma
It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which will likely be eliminated by filtering. I haven't tried filtering it yet

The flavor matches the profile
I don't know if it was intentional, but the roast on this coffee is extremely uneven. The coffee is kind of... three-toned. It looks like a mix of three different roasts. This struck me as a bit odd when I opened the package. I don't know if it was intentional, but I didn't expect such an uneven roast from Concept.

Yum. This coffee smelled and tasted just like milk chocolate. Just like Studentská pečeť in its heyday.

delicious, juicy flavor
distinctive, dessert-style, strongly flavored
The aroma (which is almost creamy and milky) is more intense than the flavor (which, on the contrary, is very fruity and juicy)
It's more of a dessert treat than an everyday "coffee"

This one was a real disappointment. From the first grind, the coffee gives off an intensely perfumed, almost artificial aroma. Instead of a clean, expressive fragrance you’d expect from a special release, it feels overwhelming and intrusive, like scented flavoring than something inherent to the bean.
That wouldn’t be as big of an issue if it stayed in the cup, but it doesn’t. The scent lingers aggressively in the grinder, to the point where it contaminates subsequent coffees. It takes multiple purges to get rid of it, which is not something you want from any coffee, let alone a premium, limited edition. In the cup, the profile follows through on that same note: loud, dominant, and lacking balance. Whatever origin character or nuance might be there is completely overshadowed. It doesn’t come across as complex. Just overpowering.
For something positioned as a special Valentine’s release, this misses the mark. Instead of refined or memorable, it ends up feeling heavy-handed and unpleasant to work with. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I like experimental coffees, especially those with lychee and rose notes, so this wasn’t an impulse buy. But this one goes too far—the rose scent is as overwhelming as sticking your nose too close to a perfume bottle. It dominates everything, to the point where it stops feeling like “real food” and starts feeling… artificial. That’s the main issue. It doesn’t taste like something you naturally want to drink. To be fair, I did find one way to make it work: heavily diluted over ice, it turns into a surprisingly drinkable iced coffee.
