I used the beans exclusively for cold brew. The flavor was complex, bold, intense, and very interesting. I highly recommend them for cold brew.
Good-quality beans that are easy to grind.
I didn't get much strawberry out of it, but I used the beans while on vacation, using only an older portable grinder. I have another box at home and will use a proper electric grinder, hoping to make some strawberry ice cream.
