Yum, yum – now that's a comeback in style! Geisha from Hugo Pareja and Flor Lopez is back and brings everything we love about it: delicate floral aromas of roses, the distinctive sweetness of ripe raspberries and a juicy orange finish. This washed specialty coffee from the La Convención region of Cusco, Peru, is a shining example of how elegant and lively a top-quality Geisha can be. The ideal choice for all filter coffee lovers looking for something exceptional and unforgettable.

Behind this coffee are Hugo and Flor, a young couple who have gradually built their own coffee dream. Hugo started growing coffee at the age of 17, and today, at 42, he shares his farming life with his wife and three children. For a long time, they grew the classic Typica variety, but thanks to the support of a local cooperative, they discovered an unexpected treasure: unnamed seeds that turned out to be Geisha after a few years . And not just any Geisha! Under their conditions, it mutated into something they now call "Inca Geisha" – still with the character of Geisha, but with a local soul. What's more, this year they plan to expand cultivation to another 0.75 hectares!

The beans are washed, which beautifully highlights their purity and complexity of flavor. The farm is organically managed – household waste and small animals are used as natural fertilizer. Great emphasis is placed on biodiversity and shade – trees such as pisonay, pacae, and barbasco grow among the coffee trees. The result is a coffee with soul, story, and flavor that will transport you directly to the Peruvian Andes. This is a coffee that has not only taste but also human depth. And it definitely deserves your attention!
