The taste once again develops playful notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries, which elegantly round off into a creamy finish reminiscent of nougat pralines. This new version retains its popular character, but thanks to different lots, it offers even greater depth and clarity.
The basis of this complex blend is three new, distinctive coffees that together create an extraordinarily layered experience. The first component is Colombian Geisha from the Don Sabino farm, which has been dry-processed and adds a noble elegance to the blend. The Ethiopian part is represented by Lalesa coffee, processed using the honey method, which brings a silky texture to the cup. The whole set is rounded off by EthiopiaNegele Gorbitu, which was processed using anaerobic dry processing for an even more intense fruity expression. The combination of these three origins creates a blend that embodies the best of South American precision and the wild aromatics of African coffees.
All the components used are combined using advanced processing methods, which play a key role in the flavor. Whether it's the dry process, honey method, or anaerobic fermentation, the goal was to allow the beans to absorb the maximum amount of fruit sugars and aromas directly from the cherry pulp. The result is a fuller sweetness, more pronounced fruity notes, and a complex aftertaste.
