Once you've perfected it, you'll really taste the currants and jam
Coffee that will make you say, "Wow!"
Unless you adjust the grind setting, the flavor profile is less appealing—I wouldn't buy this for an automatic coffee machine

Delicious, fresh coffee
Fruity (I can't really taste the plums)
It's also great as a V60 with ice
Diego and the folks at Oh My Bean know what they're doing

Pretty good for cold brew
Coarse grinding brings out the subtle sweetness inherent in the beans
Absolutely terrible compared to any other "warm" method
A dry and bland taste, whether brewed in a V60, Mugen, or AeroPress. I then did a cupping and found that this is the characteristic flavor of this coffee (batch roasted on April 8, 2026, opened on April 22, 2026).

Fruity, with notes of strawberries; I didn't really detect any currants.

A really nice rum aroma—not too strong, just right. Plus, a pleasant freshness.
