Bland and dull
Maybe I got a bad batch (roasted 20/8, I tried it 2 weeks later) but I don’t get any fruit aromas from this beans at all
No fruit in the taste at all, just generic coffee taste
Never had a co-ferment before where I’m doubting that it actually is a coferment

An overpowering, almost artificial coconut flavor. My first thought: “I’m not going to drink this.” I gave it a try. Nope, I really can’t handle it. Coconut soft-serve ice cream is more enjoyable than this experiment. I liked the coconut-flavored stout. But unfortunately, I can’t handle this one. :( And I really do like bold flavors. I’m sorry. I think next time I’ll stick with a more “ordinary” coffee.

What an incredible hit!
A pleasant coconut flavor, with a tart apple finish.
So far, I've tried it with a V60, but I also have some cold brew waiting for me in the fridge.

An unbelievable banger—the coconut flavor really goes all out
Depending on how it's prepared, you can also detect other flavor notes (caramel is very noticeable in the aftertaste, and apples add an extra touch of playfulness)
Recipe
Brewing method: Chemex (about 30 g of coffee per 450 g—I'm not exactly sure)

I’m not exactly a fan of sweeter flavors; I usually prefer fruity coffees. But this one blew me away in such a way that, in the six years I’ve been drinking coffee, it’s probably the first one I’ve experienced as… an orgasm with every breath and sip. That coconut sensation in my mouth is incredible. I feel like I’m somewhere by the sea, drinking a freshly opened coconut instead of coffee, while feeling that flavor travel through my whole body. And I mean that literally! Honestly… the best coffee I’ve had in the last six years. And if this isn’t love at first sip, then I really don’t know what is.
