Pretty good for cold brew
Coarse grinding brings out the subtle sweetness inherent in the beans
Absolutely terrible compared to any other "warm" method
A dry and bland taste, whether brewed in a V60, Mugen, or AeroPress. I then did a cupping and found that this is the characteristic flavor of this coffee (batch roasted on April 8, 2026, opened on April 22, 2026).

Beans and packaging are looking good
I think it’s clearly darker roast than it could be for hitting fruit descriptors
