Oh My Bean - a roastery where coffee is roasted with passion, care and an endless appetite to discover new flavour horizons. Year after year, they push their knowledge further and not only translate this experience into new and more interesting coffees, but they are happy to pass it on to anyone interested in the world of coffee. They don't just see coffee as a drink, but as an experience they want to share. And they do it in their own way - through their cafés, courses and trainings, where they show that making great coffee doesn't have to be a complicated science, but a simple and enjoyable routine. They also pass on their enthusiasm and expertise in the popular Bean Blog, where they try to explain everything from choosing beans to the perfect cup of coffee in a step-by-step, human way. Because Oh My Bean believes that specialty coffee is not a privilege, but a joy that everyone deserves.

The history of Oh My Bean began more than ten years ago in the picturesque town of Luhačovice. Back then, they opened a small café called Jizba, which quickly became a popular place for everyone who wanted to indulge in a really good quality coffee. Initially , it operated as a multiroaster café where carefully selected Czech and foreign brands were rotated on the grinder. After about two years, however, they decided that it was time to make something of their own, and set up a roastery originally intended for the needs of the café itself. Over time, however, the demand for their coffee grew significantly and people wanted to taste the unique taste of "Jizba" at home or in their favourite businesses. The roastery began to expand - and the originally small local brand became a respected player in the specialty coffee market. Under the Jizba brand, they worked with over a hundred farmers and cooperatives, roasted up to 12 tons of coffee a year, and shipped over a thousand packages to customers across the country every month.

As the 10th anniversary of the opening of their first café approached, they realized that they were no longer just a "little jizba" in Luhačovice. It was time to move on. Thus, the independent brand Oh My Bean was created - a modern roastery that accurately describes their current philosophy and ambition to take their coffees even further, perhaps even to the heavens. Today, each of their activities has its own face: the Oh My Bean roastery , the Jizba café in Luhačovice, the Fčil espresso bar in Uherské Hradiště and the Moravská keramika craft workshop. Although they have changed their name, their approach to coffee quality, honesty and passion remains the same. The trust of thousands of customers and more than 80 cafes, bistros and restaurants that love their coffee is the best proof of this
