Once I managed to perfect the recipe, the flavor was very intense.
A one-time interesting experience
It's incredibly easy to turn it into something almost undrinkable, with a taste of raw cabbage and Brussels sprouts
I don't regret trying it once and playing around with the recipe
But as far as I'm concerned, this is exactly the kind of situation where "once and done" applies.
In my opinion, this is definitely just for nerds—no way it's for normal people.

Process:

You can only smell the passion fruit
Fruity in both cold brew and V60
For me, it tastes best when served chilled in a V60 (it cuts through the passion fruit's acidity)
Even though I like co-ferments, this one just didn't work for me in cold brew
Passion fruit is very sour; I don't really think this fruit goes well with coffee.
