Fun taste experience
Punches you in the face with a nice acidity
Very difficult to brew without getting medium/dark roasted notes of raisins and molasses.
Very intense. Will not be able to drink this every day.
Looks quite darkly roasted. Definitely not light as described.

Very unusual profile: heavy, notes of liquorice all around.
Drinking this coffee more than twice a week is exhausting to your senses. Also wasn't able to find the advertised sweety notes regardless of the recipe modifications. Nonetheless, good one-time experience, but won't buy this again :D

Well balanced for a co-fermented coffee, not overhelming, comparable to a good mosto-fermented or thermal-shock coffee. I'd pull this off as a daily coffee if I had whole package
