Once I managed to perfect the recipe, the flavor was very intense.
A one-time interesting experience
It's incredibly easy to turn it into something almost undrinkable, with a taste of raw cabbage and Brussels sprouts
I don't regret trying it once and playing around with the recipe
But as far as I'm concerned, this is exactly the kind of situation where "once and done" applies.
In my opinion, this is definitely just for nerds—no way it's for normal people.

Water Temperature: 93°C
Grinder (setting): ZP6-S 3.8
Process:
30-second bloom with 50 g, followed by repeated 45-g pours every 15 seconds until 230 g is reached
