Extremely fermented and almost chemical-like in character. The fermentation completely dominates the cup, overwhelming any of the underlying coffee flavors. What should be fruity and complex comes across as artificial, winey and aggressively fermented. Not enjoyable for me at all. This is far beyond the level of fermentation I find pleasant in coffee.

Whatever i tried there was a lot bitterness (It's very unlikely to get bitterness from Pulsar)

When I bought it last time, it was the best coffee for me.
The taste is completely different from what I drank last time! Now the coffee is downright bad.

pleasant aroma
Every grain is "original," from light to burnt (I have photos).
And when I read the reviews here, I feel like I'm drinking something completely different from Costa Rica CATAJO - cupping score 91.25.
I guess I needed to remind myself again not to buy overpriced coffee from Slovak roasters.

We tried every possible preparation method, and the contents of the bag are completely resistant to them. The result is more or less the same shocking, bitter disappointment, bordering on undrinkable.

At a temperature of about 85 °C, a nice blueberry aroma, mild tones of banana, but otherwise quite heavy.
I was really looking forward to it, but it didn't appeal to me at all :(
I tried to play with the water temperature, the grinder setting and the preparation method, but it doesn't work out well at all.
High bitterness at higher temperature.
Purchased at the beginning of October, I wonder if it was some last failed batch, because otherwise it has a very good rating here.
