An absolute masterclass. Smells a bit funky opening the bag, and dare I say it, it would definitely fill your room for a while. It's that strong. Some might be repelled by that.

But the show is definitely in the cup. A very sweet and complex goodness with obvious notes of peach/strawberry. Definitely a win for me.

Brewed with a V60 with 300g of water on 20g of coffee.

Based on the profile, I was expecting something “just” fruity. But with a shorter extraction at 92°C, we ended up with a marzipan-and-violet BOMB brewed at home using a V60. It develops beautifully as the temperature drops. Magical coffee!

This is a real treat. Here at the office, we’re not afraid of fermented drinks, and we thoroughly enjoyed this passion fruit coffee.
It's rich and fruity, and the aroma of the coffee fills the entire office.
Perfect for anyone who likes to experiment with coffee—but doesn't need anything too wild.
I mean, it's not for those stuffy old guys from Jihlava who want their coffee to be strong and bitter above all else. But otherwise, it's pure joy.
