Once I managed to perfect the recipe, the flavor was very intense.
A one-time interesting experience
It's incredibly easy to turn it into something almost undrinkable, with a taste of raw cabbage and Brussels sprouts
I don't regret trying it once and playing around with the recipe
But as far as I'm concerned, this is exactly the kind of situation where "once and done" applies.
In my opinion, this is definitely just for nerds—no way it's for normal people.

Lightweight
You can really smell the co-fermentation, but the passion fruit itself is less noticeable
Less pronounced overall

Simply not my cup of tea (coffee)
Feels heavy, not so refreshing and smooth for me

notes of watermelon
Went through the entire bag without getting a good cup. Too easy to overextract, every cup was harsh and bitter. Went for a coarser grind than usual, dropped temp even down to 80C, shortened the ratio to 1:14, TBT was as low as 1:40 yet it still tasted harsh. Maybe coferments are usually like that, or I have a skill issue with brewing. Gave up and started using the switch instead of v60, no luck there neither.

It won't hurt, but it won't make you happy either
So far, I haven't found the right way to prepare it to mask the strong bitter taste
I preferred the Chemex and coarser grind to the Kalita and finer grind
The pronounced bitterness overpowered the other flavors

DAK ty Co=ferments have significantly better
Too dark, I had to lower the temperature to 88-90°C to make them stand out a little.

Unusual and distinctive taste Unusual and intense taste
Lovers of rich flavors will definitely be intrigued
Quite bitter and tart in the aftertaste, especially when it cools down a little.
It's not exactly an easy coffee for everyday drinking.

Intense flavor
An unusual experience
I wonder if these anaerobic experiments are turning into something that no longer tastes like coffee.
The coconut and peach flavors are too artificial.
No middle ground
