A pleasant fruity flavor, nothing particularly distinctive
It was more interesting as a cold brew than as a V60
Recipe
Brew Method: Cold brew | V60
Coffee (g): 30g | 15g
Water (g): 300ml | 250ml
Water Temperature: room temperature | 91 degrees
Grinder (setting): 1ZPRESSO quick air 99 | 60 clicks
Process: Pour coffee into a container, add water, stir, and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 hours. After 12 hours, pour through the V60 and place in the refrigerator to serve.
For the V60:
I rinse the V60 filter with water, add the ground coffee, pour 50 ml of water over it, and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then I pour to 110 ml at 0:30, to 200 ml at 1:00, and to 250 ml at 1:30; at 2:30–45, I remove the V60 and the coffee is ready.

A smooth, refreshing cold brew
It'll be perfect for a group of people; I'd recommend it for a gathering where everyone has different tastes (it's sure to please everyone).
Balanced, not sour
It isn't very aromatic, but for some people that's a plus :)
The acidity stands out more in a V60 when brewed hot

Solid daily coffee

A fresh, fruity flavor—but we can't identify exactly which fruit it is
I can easily imagine it as a daily driver for cold brew (thanks to its milder flavor, it might appeal to a wider range of consumers)
The coffee is less bold/more mild, whereas I prefer a more aromatic one
Recipe
Brew Method: French Press Cold Brew
Coffee (g): 30.1
Water (g): 500
Water Temperature: tap water
Grinder (setting): 9.0 (Fellow Ode v1.1)
Process: maceration ~12 hours

A coffee for everyday drinking. I mostly taste white wine, which I don't drink, so this coffee isn't really for me, but overall it's good.
