Foundation Coffee Roasters is one of the leading names on the Polish coffee scene. Since 2015, they have been roasting specialty coffee with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and an exceptional taste experience. In 2022, they opened a new, modern facility right in Warsaw, which has enabled their coffees to reach more than a hundred cafes and establishments across Europe—and now our selection as well.

What appealed to us about Foundation Coffee is their uncompromising approach to quality. Each coffee is carefully selected at the green bean stage and then roasted exclusively in their own roastery. They do not use pre-roasted coffee from elsewhere—they do everything themselves, which gives them maximum control over the final product. The result is coffee that is not only fresh but also full of character and precisely balanced in flavor.
