This unique blend combines high-quality beans from renowned growing regions in Ethiopia, El Salvador, and Colombia. The components come from the Apanec-Ilamatepec, Montecillos, and Huila regions, with the specific origin based on a selection of farms in the Salvador Escalon area and the Gera region of Ethiopia. This is a balanced blend that combines traditional Ethiopian varieties with diverse Salvadoran Arabica varieties. The clean flavor profile of the Berry Honey blend is the result of classic washed processing. After harvesting, all coffee cherries were stripped of their skins and pulp, underwent controlled fermentation in water tanks, and were then dried.
