I tried DAK's "steeped bags" of milky cake and really liked the texture, so I was looking for something similar
The texture is really smooth and rich—it didn't disappoint
A caramel and chocolate flavor thanks to the darker roast
The subtle acidity will develop over time
Long-lasting aftertaste
It will definitely be good with milk and as an espresso

Process: pour water over grounds, break up the crust after 4 minutes, let sit for another 5 minutes
