The cold brew method worked pretty well
I guess I don't know how to work with this coffee, but using a V60 with various preparations, I couldn't conjure up anything better than "sock broth." I was really looking forward to it.

The coffee is very dark for a filter, I would even say burnt.
The taste is like colored water with no flavor, which smells burnt. You won't find the listed descriptors there.
Extremely overpriced considering what you get for your money.
My first and last experience with this roaster.
