This coffee combines a full body, low acidity, and intense flavor that will appeal to lovers of classic coffees who don't want or can't drink caffeine. Not a fan of decaf? This one might change your mind, as it comes from the decaf masters at Vienna's D stands for Decaf, who focus exclusively on decaf beans in their roastery. With notes of chocolate, almonds, anda subtle cherry fruitiness, it is ideal for espresso, cappuccino, or even sweet filter coffee.

These beans come from the Albertina region of Brazil, specifically the Mogiana area, which is known for its fertile soil and ideal climate for growing high-quality coffee. The coffee comes from a regional group of producers who are committed not only to growing high-quality coffee, but also to supporting the local community. Armando Costa of Costa Café plays a key role in developing infrastructure, education, and local job opportunities, contributing to the sustainable development of the region. Coffee from this region is characterized by balanced chocolate flavors that reflect the unique growing conditions in Mogiana.

The coffee is processed using the dry (natural) method, which means that the beans are dried in the sun, preserving their sweet and fruity notes. The cherries are harvested in a mix of ripe and semi-dry fruits, which give the coffee nutty and chocolate flavors. After drying , the coffee is decaffeinated using the Water Process method, which is gentle and does not use any artificial solvents. This process preserves the full flavor and richness of the coffee, resulting in a clean and rich result without any loss of intensity.
