About HAYB Speciality Coffee

HAYB is a roastery and a once-in-a-lifetime project in the minds of coffee lovers who simply ask: How Are You Brewing?

This sentence is not only an invitation to taste their production, but it is a journey connected with tasting, importing, roasting and finally choosing the best quality coffee. HAYB wants and always guarantees to deliver the highest quality coffee that offers an irresistible flavor profile.

Quality is the most important thing to us and we put it first. It all starts with the harvest on the plantation. The grains we order are harvested by hand on small farms, specialized in the production of the highest quality ingredients. When choosing our range, we always take seasonality into account so that the coffee we receive is as fresh as possible. When the beans reach our roaster, they are subjected to a roasting process to bring out their maximum potential.

Hayb knows we have thousands of great roasters around the world doing the same. Behind every well-roasted coffee, there is a FAMILY... which in their case is still growing.

The roastery is run by father and son. Wiktor Borowski, the father, explained that Hayb has always had a strong social commitment to the community and causes that are oppressed. From the annual coffee special to commemorate International Women's Day to the one dedicated to hybrids, i.e. dogs that do not belong to any particular breed. Hayb Coffee is very socially conscious.

When it comes to premium coffee, Hayb Coffee often works with smaller coffee importers who focus on specific regions, such as the 1000 Hills, through which they source coffee from Rwanda. They aim to have as much transparency and traceability as possible to ensure they can properly demonstrate where each coffee came from and who worked so hard on it.

This is the top choice for cold brew; you can mix almost anything in it.
Just a universal tool from the Poles.
You can smell the chocolate alcohol on the cold, but it's not great.
