Their crops grow at high altitudes, where the cooler climate naturally slows down ripening and increases the sweetness and aromatic intensity of the cherries. Thanks to the division of labor within the community purchase and transparent cooperation, a lot with an exceptionally pure sensory expression is created. Each batch is hand-picked, washed using the traditional washed method, and processed in such a way that the coffee retains the pure character of the Pink Bourbon variety.
The final decaffeinated product is achieved using the natural Sugarcane EA decaf method, which takes place during the parchment stage. The use of ethyl acetate from sugar cane ensures gentle caffeine removal without suppressing the fruitiness, sweetness, or aroma of the original raw material. As a result, Amenaza Menor retains the authentic taste of "regular" coffee, just without the stimulating effect.
