Simply put, this coffee is the right choice for those who like classic chocolate or creamy coffee without any unnecessary frills.

Primavera Family is the name of a regional blend of microlots produced by Guatemalan coffee importer Primavera Coffee Importers. The aim of this blend is to help farmers during periods of poor harvests so that they can sell their coffee for a reasonable price and survive until the next year. Primavera has decided to work with these farmers and give them the opportunity to earn a better income from the sale of coffee, which they can use and reinvest in their farms and technology. Primavera is constantly working to improve the quality of coffee and thus its purchase price. It also focuses on development and sustainability, supporting and educating small and medium-sized farmers, which is one of the reasons why their production is of such high quality. Farmers are paid adequately for their work and are not afraid to invest in new technologies to improve quality.

In the washed method, the cherries first pass through a pulper, which removes the skin and pulp. The remaining green beans with pulp residue are then fermented for several hours to make it easier to separate the remaining pulp. After fermentation, the beans are washed with water to remove any remaining sugar. The coffee is then dried in the sun on concrete slabs or raised beds. In some cases, mechanical dryers are used if outdoor conditions are not suitable. The resulting coffee processed by this method has a cleaner taste, higher acidity, and distinct fruity notes.

We tried it with a filter, and it was actually tastier than with espresso or milk.
The previous version from the Primavera family was more apple-like, which isn't generally a bad thing, but if you went for this one because of the apple flavor, then yes.
