Process: Bloom with Melodrip – 100 g of water, 30 seconds; then top up with Melodrip to 360 in one step. Ready in approx. 1 minute 31 seconds.

Very pleasant to drink, low acidity
Delicate wine notes when prepared as espresso, slightly noticeable when prepared with milk
I would appreciate stronger flavors, but we'll see. I'll try grinding it coarser to see if the mango or blueberries come out a little more.
