The latest offering from The Naughty Dog roastery, Half-Caff & Still Naughty Blend, solves this dilemma for you. This "half" blend is designed for those who want to drink coffee all day long but still crave something bold and unconventional in flavor. The base is a delicate and sweet Colombia Huila, naturally decaffeinated using sugar cane (De Caña). However, it is complemented by a true rock star of the coffee world – Colombia El Paraiso from visionary Diego Bermudez. This component has undergone a complex anaerobic washed process (Lychee Y05 cultivation), which brings incredible aromatic intensity and a "naughty" character to the blend, thanks to which you would never guess that you are drinking coffee with half the caffeine content.

The flavor profile of this blend is pure joy and nostalgia in one cup. The dominant element is incredible sweetness accompanied by higher acidity, which gives the coffee juice and dynamism. The first sip will transport you to summer thanks to the intense taste of strawberry milkshake – it is precisely that creamy, fruity, and sweet note that comes from the precise fermentation in El Paraiso. This fruity explosion is then softened by the elegant expression of pistachios, which give the coffee a pleasant nutty depth.
