The flavor matches the profile
I don't know if it was intentional, but the roast on this coffee is extremely uneven. The coffee is kind of... three-toned. It looks like a mix of three different roasts. This struck me as a bit odd when I opened the package. I don't know if it was intentional, but I didn't expect such an uneven roast from Concept.
