Sydrip Ethiopia Bekele Suse Natural is a specialty coffee in convenient drip bags, allowing you to easily brew filter coffee anywhere —without a dripper, scale, or other equipment. Simply open the bag, hang it over a mug, and pour hot water over it. An exotic and elegant profile unfolds in the cup, with notes of tropical fruit, cherry cola, peach, and jasmine tea. The coffee is light, juicy, and at the same time very complex, with a distinct sweetness and a delicate floral note typical of Ethiopian natural coffees.
The coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia and is produced by Tesfaye Bekele, founder of the Suke Quto farm. His story is closely linked to the restoration of the local landscape. After devastating fires in the 1990s, he began combining reforestation with coffee cultivation and gradually built a project based on sustainable farming and nature conservation. The coffee trees grow here at a high altitude of around 2,200 meters above sea level on fertile volcanic soil and in the shade of native trees, which helps the cherries ripen slowly and develop complex flavors.
The Kurume and Welicho varieties were processed using the natural method. After being hand-harvested, the whole coffee cherries are dried for 9 to 15 days on raised African beds, where they develop greater sweetness, more intense fruitiness, and richer aromas. The result is a distinctly aromatic coffee with a clean and sweet profile that truly shines when brewed as a filter coffee. Thanks to the drip bag format, you can enjoy it virtually anywhere—at home, in the office, or on the go.
