The coffee itself comes from the renowned family farm La Cabaña in Colombia. The Ortíz family has owned and lovingly managed the farm since 2009. Today, three generations carry on the rich tradition of coffee cultivation here, with William Ortíz playing a key role. Since his youth, he has been fully dedicated to the world of specialty coffee and constantly experiments with new fermentation methods. It is precisely his uncompromising attention to every detail and his modern, innovative approach to processing the raw materials that give this coffee its utterly distinctive complexity, depth, and fresh fruitiness, which even the most discerning connoisseurs will appreciate.
Harvesting is done by hand, and processing is based on precise anaerobic fermentation. First, the whole coffee cherries are fermented; then, after the skin is removed, further fermentation takes place directly with the pulp. The coffee is then sun-dried for approximately 21 days. The result is a sweet, intense, and aromatic cup with a rich flavor and a long finish. The convenient drip bag format also allows you to enjoy high-quality filter coffee without needing any special equipment—at home, in the office, or on the go.
