What kinds of coffee are waiting for you?

Colombia WATERMELON

This Colombian coffee from Koun Coffee is a summer treat perfect for pour-over, iced V60, or cold brew. The cup offers notes of ripe melon, juicy lychee, and fresh lime, making it fruity, refreshing, and quite unique. Behind this coffee is producer Jairo Arcila, known for his distinctive co-fermented coffees and elegant Gesha varieties. The Castillo variety beans were grown at an elevation of 1,450 meters above sea level and processed using the co-fermented washed method, which gives the coffee a clean, distinctive, and playful flavor profile.

Colombia LOS NOGALES

Colombia LOS NOGALES

Los Nogales from Bruselas, Colombia, is a coffee that demands attention from the very first sip. Oscar Hernández and his team at the Los Nogales farm prepare it with scientific precision and a family passion that stretches back three generations. In the cup, you’ll find papaya, raspberry balsamic, and juicy peach. The coffee comes from the Los Nogales farm in the Huila region, one of Colombia’s most famous coffee-growing areas. The Caturra variety grows here in the ideal microclimate of the Andes, and thanks to careful washed processing, it retains its purity, freshness, and distinctive fruity character.

Colombia Finca Bet-El

This Colombian coffee from Boo! is bold and juicy, and it pairs perfectly with cold brew. In the cup, you’ll find tropical fruits, mango, melon, raspberries, and dark chocolate. The Pink Bourbon beans come from the Finca Bet-El farm in Colombia and were processed using the natural method. This gives the coffee a rich, fruity character, a pleasant sweetness, and a complexity that really shines through when brewed cold.

Colombia JUICY MARACUJA

Colombia JUICY MARACUJA

The beans come from the El Vergel Estate, run by brothers Elias and Shady Bayter, who are known for their modern approach to coffee processing. The coffee was processed using the washed method with controlled co-fermentation with passion fruit, giving it a clean profile, a long fruity aftertaste, and a beautifully juicy acidity.

Rwanda GISANGA

This Rwanda from Foundation Coffee is a playful and complex pour-over with bright, fruity acidity, a silky body, and a sweet aftertaste. In the cup, you’ll find notes of yellow fruit, white wine, buckwheat honey, melon, fruit marmalade, and apricot jam. The beans come from the Gisanga region in southern Rwanda, where the Bourbon variety grows at an altitude of 1,650–1,850 meters above sea level. The coffee was processed using the natural method, which gives it a pronounced fruitiness, deeper sweetness, and fuller body.
