Average. Neither exciting nor offensive.
The taste of nougat or Turkish delight.
I wouldn't buy it again, we couldn't get any fruity notes out of it, only the sweeter nutty ones.
Nothing memorable about this coffee.

Once had some sort of interesting maybe a bit grape-like sweet aftertaste
Drinking after cooling down helped sometimes.
Honestly, I tried everything with the V60 and Aeropress and didn’t really get to a better than average cup.

Coffee should be made at a lower temperature, something around 92 degrees

Quite fruity
Compared to other coffees, I couldn't really detect individual flavors
I liked it darker roasted

I made it on an aeropress according to James Hoffmann - so I would expect coffee from his roaster prepared in his recommended way to taste more fun :) So a slight disappointment, but probably more of an exaggerated expectation :)
