Delicate, velvety, with notes of slightly sweet bourbon.
Carefully monitor the temperature and time, both rather lower, otherwise bitter notes appear.

This is one of the best barrels I've had so far
A perfectly balanced sweet taste with a subtle underline of acidity in hints
Aging emphasizes the notes of vanilla, both in taste and aroma
I don't smell much pineapple there

Super fragrance - barrel
On the umpteenth attempt, I managed to knock down the acid
A little more sour for my taste, but it can be picked up by the method of preparation (The fault is more with me)
