It was drinkable, and it wasn't exactly bad
It's more palatable with milk
Overall, I didn't really like that coffee. The flavor is kind of "muddy." It doesn't have a clean taste. It tasted better with milk, but I didn't really like it as an espresso on its own.
It tasted to me like it was made from cheaper, commodity-grade coffee infused with peaches.
You can taste and smell the peaches, but otherwise the flavor profile is quite bland; aside from the peaches, it’s actually a pretty flat coffee.

El Diviso is simply amazing. I've tried this coffee from several roasters, and it's just incredible. It has an incredibly rich and complex flavor. The aroma is wonderful.

Dude, why isn't this package resealable??? Do they still do that? It's been a long time since I've seen a roaster that doesn't use resealable bags. Imagine buying such amazing green beans as El Diviso, roasting them to perfection—only to put them in a package that isn’t resealable? To me, that’s absurd. I’d gladly pay an extra 4 Kč (or whatever it costs) to have a resealable package.

What an experience!
MUST TRY if you like processed coffees or if you just like tasting weird and new stuff
When you open the bag it smells like milk that is just slightly past its best-before date, and amazingly you get that in the cup too (might be off-putting, especially if you pair it with cow's milk; oat worked better for me here, or at least a mix of cow's/oat).
I enjoyed it as espresso, pourover a bit less, but still ok.
This coffee is not for everyone. I enjoyed it a lot, but I can see how it could be off-putting to some.

It's excellent—it tastes like peaches, but not too much. I'm not a big fan of infusions, but this one is just right. Perfect for summer!!
