The blend combines two distinctive but very different coffees. The stable and proven base comes from the Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Cultivation at an altitude ofaround 950 m above sea level andprecise work on the farm give this coffee its typical structure, full body, and chocolate sweetness. The second component is from Ethiopia, from the Gedebarea of the Lalesa Washing Station. The high altitude of 2,150 to 2,200 meters above sea level, traditional Heirloom varieties, and slow ripening give the blend elegance, aromatic lightness, and a delicate fruity accent.
Both coffees are processed using the natural method, which enhances the sweetness, fullness, and natural character of the beans. In Brazil, drying is controlled to bring out the purity and chocolate base without any distracting tones. The Ethiopian component is dried slowly on African beds, allowing it to develop a delicate fruitiness and aromatic complexity without excessive wildness. This careful selection and combination results in a blend that offers the best of both worlds.
