Imagine a coffee that is like a wild dance of exotic flavors in every cup. "Chunky Cherry" from Indonesia and the DAK roastery is just that. With an unconventional profile that will set the heart of any lover of bold and fruity coffees racing, this batch of beans boasts notes of delicious dark cherries, delicate cocoa nibs and a slightly spicy finish. The anaerobic fermentation process highlights its wild nature and gives each sip of espresso an unforgettable depth of flavor. This coffee is for those looking for an unusual and intense experience, and is the perfect choice for moments when you want to treat yourself to something truly special.

The Frinsa Estate processing station, where this magical coffee is processed, is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. With a modern washing mill, ventilated storage facilities, and its own dry mill, the Frinsa team has all the tools to precisely control the entire process from cherry picking to shipping. Thanks to their deep knowledge of processing techniques and ability to adapt to climatic challenges, Frinsa Estate produces coffees with clean and transparent profiles.

The "Chunky Cherry" processing method is truly unique. After 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation, which gives the coffee its characteristic wild character, the cherries are transferred to greenhouse dryers, where their journey to perfect drying begins. This drying method, a novelty on the Indonesian market, ensures that each bean gets exactly the right amount of moisture, which is key to preserving the fullness of flavor and aroma. The whole cherries are then dried on the ground or in parabolic dryers, which ensures more even drying and thus more consistent results. This carefully processed coffee then travels to enthusiasts around the world, delivering one unforgettable cup after another.
