It’s roasted to bring out its natural sweetness and complexity, regardless of the brewing method. The dominant element of the flavor profile is a juicy and distinctive peach, which gives the coffee a refreshing character and unmistakable lightness. The minimalist packaging design only underscores the roastery’s philosophy, which prioritizes 100% quality of the contents without unnecessary embellishments, making it the ideal choice for lovers of clean and bright fruity notes.
It comes from the cradle of coffee, sunny Ethiopia, where the coffee trees are tended with the utmost care by the renowned producer Tamiru Tadesse. The bean is the specific and highly prized 74158 variety, known for its resilience and, above all, its exceptional flavor potential, which fully develops under the optimal conditions of the region’s high-altitude areas. It is precisely thanks to the combination of fertile soil, ideal altitude, and the precise work of the pickers that this coffee acquires its depth and complex structure, which will delight even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts seeking authentic origins.
The resulting character of the coffee was fundamentally influenced by traditional natural processing, i.e., the natural method. After harvesting, the whole coffee cherries were sun-dried, allowing the sugars from the pulp to transfer directly into the bean and create a full body with intense sweetness. This process enhanced the distinctive fruity aroma and ensured that the peach notes are clearly discernible and harmonious in the cup.
