A-One Records Blend from People Possession Roasters is a coffee that will delight you with its playfulness and unusual flavor profile. The roastery is known for not being afraid to experiment and for selecting coffees with distinctive character. This blend combines the Papayo and Caturra varieties and offers a truly juicy experience. The flavor profile features hibiscus, strawberry candies, black cherries, rose, and a hint of vanilla. The result is a sweet, aromatic, and beautifully balanced pour-over that will delight anyone who loves discovering new flavors.

The coffee comes from Colombia and consists of a carefully selected combination of Papayo and Caturra varieties. People Possession bases its philosophy on what it calls “Radical Sourcing”—the search for unique coffees from producers who push the boundaries of both quality and processing. The goal of this blend is not to highlight a single farm, but to create a harmonious whole in which the individual coffees complement each other perfectly. Thanks to the light roast designed for drip brewing, the fruitiness, sweetness, and floral aroma stand out beautifully, without any one flavor overpowering the others.

The processing combines the Natural and Co-Ferment methods. Some of the coffee cherries undergo controlled fermentation with red fruits, which enhances the intensity of the fruity notes and adds more pronounced sweetness and complexity to the cup. The other portion is processed using the Natural method, in which the cherries are dried whole, allowing the beans to absorb natural sugars from the pulp during drying. It is the combination of these two processes that gives the final blend its unmistakable character—distinctly fruity and fragrant, yet pleasantly clean and balanced.
