Jiggly Berry offers a highly refined flavor profile designed for discerning coffee lovers with a distinctive character. The cup is characterized by a full, syrupy body and sparkling acidity, which gives the overall composition the necessary structure. The dominant elements are concentrated notes of sweet cherries and purple grapes, which smoothly transition into a complex finish with a hint of licorice. This coffee offers a deep sensory experience that combines natural fruit intensity with a subtle, refined hint of fermentation.

The basis of this select coffee is the modern hybrid variety Milenio F1, grown on the Finca El Salitre farm at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level. The region administered by the Corazón de Jesús mill provides coffee trees with an ideal microclimate for the development of aromatic complexity. Production is subject to strict quality standards, with only optimally ripe cherries being selected for processing. The entire process of cultivation and subsequent sorting reflects a long-term commitment to precision agriculture and sustainability, as evidenced by the use of fully recyclable packaging materials.

The uniqueness of this lot lies in the innovative Natural Reposado processing method . The cherries first undergo a resting phase in hermetically sealed tanks, where a short anaerobic fermentation takes place. This controlled process allows microorganisms to gently transform the sugars inside the fruit before drying. Subsequent slow drying on raised beds for several weeks ensures moisture stabilization and the resulting purity of the cup. This technique effectively combines the intensity of natural processing with high purity and structure, maximizing sweetness without unwanted flavor defects.
